Hello! I'm Suzi and Quick Brown Fox is my tutoring service where I help students become more confident learners. I’ve earned a BS in Elementary Education, K–5 certification, and licensure as a Literacy Facilitator. After several years running an elementary school classroom, I transitioned to homeschooling my three daughters full time.

Since embarking on that journey, my oldest daughter earned an appointment to West Point, my second oldest is a cadet candidate at the United States Air Force Academy, and my youngest daughter is still shaping her future as a high school junior.

Alongside homeschooling over the years, I’ve tutored a wide range of students with various abilities, taught English to non-native speakers, developed custom curriculum for multiple grade levels and created extracurricular courses to keep young minds active and engaged. Quick Brown Fox is a learning studio where I leverage this experience for each individual student. 

I’m excited to help you and your family develop a lifelong habit of learning!

One on one instruction focuses on the student’s specific needs, whether that’s strengthening a skill, preparing for a test or advancement, or completing a project with direct guidance.

Curriculum Development

$75/hr—$1,200/annual framework

Short and long term planning for developing skills in specific areas.

Package engagements range from custom curriculum outlines and individual unit plans to comprehensive annual frameworks.

Spot consultations are focused on support, troubleshooting and helping families with existing plans.

Enrichment Classes

$200—$400/six-week class

Special-interest classes and project-based learning experiences designed to go beyond the standard curriculum.

Topics may include science, history, writing, or art. Custom units are designed to reflect the student’s interest and develop problem solving and critical thinking skills, while encouraging an enthusiasm for learning.
